Ms Ali completed her LLB (Hons) from Staffordshire University, Stoke On Trent before completing her LPC in The College of Law in York. As a qualified solicitor, she obtained a distinction in her Professional Skills Course with the College of Law, London. She began her legal career in a commercial law firm in Central London where she worked in personal injury litigation, commercial law and property law. She then moved into Local Government, where she worked in Child Protection litigation before moving into Adult Community Care Law, Mental Capacity, the Elderly and Private Client work.
Ms Ali qualified as a solicitor in 2004. She joined Makka Solicitors Ltd in 2021 as a Consultant. Ms Ali has vast legal experience in private client, including Adult Social Care, Court of Protection, Wills and Probate. She has her Higher Rights of Audience in civil proceedings. She is an Affiliate member of the Society of Trust and Estate Practitioners (STEP). Ms Ali is Fluent in Bengali/Sylheti and has good conversational understanding in Urdu/Hindi.
