Affordable Fixed Fee Divorce

We offer a fixed fee of £750 + VAT, plus court fees, for a sole or joint divorce. This includes:

  • Online Divorce Application Drafting, Submitting, Liaising and Progressing
  • Managing documentation, notices and key dates
  • Submitting the online Application for the Conditional Order (Decree Nisi)
  • Submitting the online Application for the Final Order (Decree Absolute)
  • Confirming when the Final Order is granted and parties are free to marry.

If your case becomes a complex divorce (e.g., the other party does not respond to your sole divorce application or fails to support your joint divorce application after initially supporting it), then from this point we will charge you on our normal hourly rates. However, we will let you know in advance and explain the additional work required.
