Immigration Fees (V07.24)
Since 2000 UK Immigration law has dramatically and rapidly changed and continues to change. Therefore, in these circumstances you require someone to deal with your case who is not only fully familiar with the historical changes of UK Immigration Laws but is also fully up to date with the recent changes.
At Makka Solicitors Ltd, our immigration work is undertaken by dedicated and experienced solicitors and caseworkers. We have a number of caseworkers from legal and non-legal academic backgrounds. Most of our staff have many years of immigration law experience. All our caseworkers are supervised by Mr Fida Chaudhary who is head of our Immigration Department. He is a director of the firm and has over 20 years of experience in immigration law.
We have successfully challenged UK immigration rules in the Tribunals, High Court and in the Court of Appeal.
When it comes to representing you in Court we instruct Immigration barristers who have substantial immigration law experience and some of them are themselves Immigration Judges. We also closely observe any work undertaken by the barristers for our clients. Therefore, with us you can be rest assured that you will be receiving reputable advice.
We specialise in a number of immigration areas such as, but not limited to, Skilled Workers, Sponsorship Licences, Spouse Visas, Asylum, Family Reunion for Refugees, Human Rights Application, Visit Visas, Nationality, Judicial Review, British Passport Applications, EU Settlement Scheme and many more. For more details, please contact us on 020 8767 9090 or by email, [email protected]
We mostly work on a fixed fee basis in most Immigration matters. Our fees are dependent on the type of application being made and the circumstances of that application. For more details on our fee please see the table below.

2 – Application Preparation Stage
- You will provide us with all of your supporting documents for us to review.
- We will draft your application forms for your review.
- We will assist with drafting any supporting statements for you and sponsors, if relevant.
3 – Submission Stage
